Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all customers.
Cash Handling:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payments.
Provide correct change to customers.
Order Processing:
Ring up sales and process orders for desserts and other menu items.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of orders before finalizing transactions.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dessert shop.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the dessert menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Answer customer questions about menu items.
Closing Duties:
Count and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
