Developing and maintaining a filing system for documents, accounts payable, purchase orders, and employee files
Proofreading and preparing reports, memos, and other correspondence
Operating and maintaining printers and other office equipment, and ordering office supplies
Coordinating communication between departments, and communicating with customers, employees, and suppliers
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
Managing an office’s general correspondence, including phone calls, emails and faxes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
