Job Responsibilities:Conduct quality checks and controls on the vegetable processing line to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements;Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, record results, and suggest improvements;Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established procedures;Assist in resolving quality issues during production by providing solutions;Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and quality standards in the production environment;Participate in quality assessments and tests for new product development;Support weekend and public holiday work schedules as required.
Requirements:Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a background in Food Science, Agricultural Science, or related fields is an advantage;Familiarity with vegetable processing and knowledge of common vegetable varieties;Experience in food processing plants or vegetable-related work is preferred;Detail-oriented with strong observational skills;Responsible, capable of adapting to a fast-paced production environment;Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, with good teamwork skills.
