This role focuses on bringing in specialist talents in the integrated and digital marketing industry. Markets covered are APAC (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, GCR), UK, EMEA and US. The Talent Manager will work with the regional and global Talent/HR team to develop global recruitment and people engagement programs, HR marketing practices that will be rolled out in multiple markets to attract the best talents in the market. The role requires flexibility across managing multiple markets and in different timezones, and someone experienced dealing with senior stakeholders to manage expectation." Recruitment across the region and at all levels of seniority is of paramount importance to grow existing offices and, potentially, open up new offices. The Talent Manager will work with the regional and global Talent/HR team to develop global recruitment and people engagement programs and practices and pervade them across the global network. At times, the Talent Manager APAC may be required to assist on recruitment in the other regions, namely the US and EMEA. Occasional travel in the region will be required. This role must has * Experience working for, or with, an organization which is fast-moving, dynamic, creative, and growing * International and multi market recruitment experience in marketing communications, PR, digital media/performance and digital marketing industry. * Recruitment experience at all levels of seniority gained with a contingency recruitment agency or in an in-house recruitment role for a comms agency * Strong social media skills to publicize vacancies and attract candidates, and help build the profile of LEWIS as a destination agency * Competency sourcing and interviewing technique and able to manage multiple vacancies in different markets * Track record of success, for example: 1 in 3 jobs placed; high percentage of candidate referrals; evidence of a growing and loyal client portfolio; retainer assignments; reputation in the industry * Own digital footprint/significant influence * Natural networker * Collaborative self-starter with initiative, who is goal-driven * Creative thinking “outside the box” to provide solutions and solve problems * Experience in providing strategic, commercial, and tactical advice * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders * Excellent oral, written, and presentational skills * Well organized; ability to prioritize; attention to detail; common sense
