Job Summary: The Admin Intern will assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of office operations. This role offers a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical experience in administrative work, office management, and office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Support the HR and finance teams with clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Provide assistance with any ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
