Job description:
Interpretation and Translation Tasks
・Interpretation and translation between Japanese and English
・Translate documents and correspondence from Japanese to English and vice versa.
General Administration Tasks
・Managing social media (posting articles, handling inquiries)
・Supporting contract and payment procedures
・Coordinating with building management
・Support other team members and departments with language-related tasks.
・Recruitment activities (managing portal sites, participating in events, etc.)
・Staff management and post-hire environment setup
・Staff and Business Trip Support
・Supporting staff housing and business trips (booking and management tasks)
Other Tasks
・Providing daily support for the president and their family
・Office cleaning and purchasing supplies
Requirements:
・ Love Game or Anime (This is very important point for client)
・ Able to command Japanese (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
