Department: Account HR
Report to: Account HR Manager
・Support the manager with accounting and HR-related tasks
・Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
・Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
・Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
・Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
・Manage necessary items using the accounting system
・Handle invoice-related tasks
・Report to the headquarters as needed
・Handle visa renewal processes
・Manage payroll-related tasks
Requirements
・Diploma or higher education
・Around 3 years of experience in Accounting
・HR experience is not necessary (willingness to learn is enough)
・Willing to handle both account and HR tasks
・Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
・Experience in electronic industry is an advantage.
・Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
