1) Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media.
2) Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3) Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
4) Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
5) Assisting in addressing and resolving employee grievances or concerns, following organizational policies.
6) Assisting in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
7) Supporting the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
8) Assisting in the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
9) Maintaining records of employee training and development activities.
10) Assisting in the coordination and administration of performance appraisal processes.
11) Tracking and reporting on employee performance and goal alignment.
12) Assisting in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining required documentation.
13) Maintaining accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
14) Supporting the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures within the group.
15) Utilizing HR information systems to support HR functions and assisting in system updates or implementation as needed.
16) Assisting in the organization of HR-related events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, etc.
17) Supporting internal communication initiatives, such as newsletters, announcements, or employee surveys.
18) Assisting with external HR-related activities, such as collaborations with educational institutions, industry events, etc.
19) Participating in special HR projects or initiatives as required, such as diversity programs, change management, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
