Department:Production Department
Report to:GM
・To plan, organize, lead and control all operational matters in supporting and achieving Company's objectives
・Effective people management towards achieving Company's objectives
・Manage all staff reporting to the position as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and delegate and monitor their activities
・Plan and implement strategies consistent with overall aims and requirements of the Company
・Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in
・Relations to the Company's sales, production, materials management and overall operating functions.
・Ensure that products are of optimum quality, according to requirements and are shipped according to schedule.
・Manage and lead sales and marketing towards total customer's satisfaction
・Manage production activities to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste
・Develop and implement strategies, operating standards/guidelines and measures to meet production yield, productivity and quality
・Monitor, review and report on production performance measures
・Ensure adherence to Company's quality control and quality assurance procedures, programmes and policies.
・Set up all necessary control points and measures to meet production goals
・Manage by leadership through the setting of good examples.
・Responsibility to take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work and to comply with any instruction and measure on occupational safety and health.
・Ensure full understanding, participation and support from Department towards Company's safety, health and environment programmes.
Qualification
・Minimum 5 years experience in Production
・Minimum 3 years experience in Manger experience
・Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
