Project Manager - Cleanroom Bags

New position! (Business Expansion)

Job Description: -

• Oversee cleanroom bag distribution and warehouse operations.
• Implement Lean management and continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency.
• Manage product lifecycles, inventory levels, and mitigate obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast inventory needs and improve operational practices.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work with IT and vendors to maintain warehouse systems and train staff on new tools.
• Coordinate customer accounts across sales, service, procurement, and production teams.
• Manage quoting, reorders, inventory planning, and finished goods sourcing.
• Handle customer issues, escalate when needed, and ensure data accuracy.
• Organize sales presentations, QBRs, and generate reports.
• Support supply agreements, sample deliveries, and attend relevant meetings.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
• Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
