JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To do conceptual design, 3D perspective drawing, presentations, and space planning.
To Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for submission, fabrication & installations
To prepare all technical drawings for preliminary, tender, construction, shop drawing & as-built drawing.
Prepare material sample board and related documents for approval submission.
To assist project team and any other work as directed.
Monitor and coordinate project progress until completion in conjunction with the Project Manager
Able to go for site visit when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Specialization in Interior Designing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape, or any other relevant design) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and being self-motivated.
Proficiency in English both spoken and written is required.
Own transport is compulsory.
