  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Settlement Executive to join a leading international financial services provider. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and adapting to innovative accounting solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Accurately calculate, post, and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure data integrity through precise entry and management.
  • Use Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office tools proficiently.
  • Adapt to new technologies and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of experience (auditing preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for technology.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (multilingual candidates are a plus).
