PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FOOD INDUSTRY)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of production operators & Logistics. This role is crucial in achieving daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes, enforce company rules, and foster a disciplined and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Supervise, coach, motivate, and lead production operators to achieve daily output targets with minimal rejection rates.
• Organize and allocate machine operators for efficient task execution.
• Ensure all operators adhere to daily targets, written work instructions or standard operating procedures.

Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate with different departments to support production plans and achieve targets.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Halal, and safety standards.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Policy Enforcement and Problem Solving

• Implement and enforce company rules and regulations.
• Report unresolved issues to the Management for further action.

Other Duties

• Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by top management.

Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in manufacturing/production operations.
• Willingness to work on shifts and in Bangi, Selangor.
• Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Own transport is required.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
