- Do calling to follow up with customers that pending payment.
- Contact customers through WhatsApp to get transaction record.
- Respond to customer’s inquiry through WhatsApp chat & calls.
- Answer inbound calls to reply customer’s inquiry such as request statement, check balance and so on.
- Record pending payment in Excel and contact dealers to confirm no pending payment.
- Print out bank statement and issue receipt for payment made via bank.
- Prepare insurance and road tax submission.
- Handle walk-in customer to collect payment/ instalment.
- Check daily collection report and prepare listing of customer have made full settlement payment for director to delist CTOS.
- Prepare draft payment record & statement requested by customer.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
