  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, human resource development, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or human resources.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across various open roles to hire and retain quality candidates.
  • Work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs.
  • Facilitate orientation training for all new joiners.
  • Administer the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.
  • Execute a Learning and Development framework with emphasis on Learning Needs Analysis.
  • Assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.
  • Assist in sourcing and arranging e-learning modules, external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars, etc. where the need arises.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
