Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist in the implementation of HR Avenue for clients by understanding business requirements and system configurations. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and document client needs effectively. System Setup and Testing: Support the configuration and customization of HR Avenue to meet client requirements. Conduct system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless implementation. Client Communication: Provide support during client training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the system. Respond to client queries and assist in resolving implementation-related issues under supervision. Documentation: Prepare project documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process workflows. Maintain accurate records of implementation activities. Collaboration: Work closely with senior HRMS Implementation Specialists, software developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Gather feedback and suggest improvements for the implementation process. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in HR technology and systems implementation. Basic knowledge of HR processes and workflows is an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
