ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (POWER / SOLAR)

JOB DESRIPTION • Understanding the basic of contract agreement to ensure it is within rules & compliance • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems • Experienced in on-site problem solving and working practices • To complete all documentation relating to site visits in a timely and satisfactory manner, including field service reports, expenses and overtime reports • Delivering presentation and guidance such as on-job training for technicians and clients • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress report for the end-user/client and head of the department • Attending a technical meeting with the subcontractor, client, or local authorities - eg, monthly meetings, clarification meeting, or technical part • Plan and implement training - Internal training (inhouse training) for the technical team. eg; technical problems occur an issue • Manage complaints from customers and maintain good relationships with customers • Confirm all types of claims from the technical team (Outstation, overtime) • Standby/breakdown calls from customers and company (24 hours) • Perform other duties when and when directed by a superior officer; ad-hoc activities REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Preferably with 2 -5 years working experience in UPS System or Solar System. • Experience in providing technical support, organizing and control a technical team on field work, • Strong leader with good communications skills in both oral and written English/B.
