- Priority - knowledge / experience in the management of Expatriates and Foreign Workers activities - Manage all aspects of foreign worker issues, including coordinating the recruitment process of foreign workers including attending the interview session, application / renewal / cancelllation of work permit, FOMEMA compliance, hostel arrangements, and welfare support. - Coordinate the repatriation and holiday arrangements for foreign workers, including air ticket bookings, check-out memos, and special passes, ensuring all processes align with company policies. - Implement the full spectrum of the human resource functions effectively. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. - Liaise with government agencies such as Immigration, MIDA, IR / Labour Department and other related - Familiar with ESD Putrajaya & Immigration on Expat matters. - Ad-hoc duties when required by the management. Requirements: At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in Human Resources / Expatriates & Foreign Worker or equivalent. Must be familiar wit Excel, Words and Power Point Preferably knowledge in Excel formulations like V-look up, Pivot Table MUST be able to start on Short Notice **Priority will be given to those who are able to start on a short notice.
