We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, scheduling, and prioritizing key business activities. This is a junior position and train to be Senior or Executive Assistant. Responsibilities: 1. Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments and scheduling meetings to optimize time and reduce conflicts. 2. Ensure all meetings, catch-ups, and food tastings are well-coordinated and accounted for, considering travel time across the Klang Valley. 3. Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings with department heads, outlet managers, or chefs (if needed) 4. Take minutes during meetings and track progress on deliverables. 5. Plan and coordinate the CEO's travel schedules within Klang Valley, ensuring timely arrival at appointments. 6. Adjust routes and schedules based on priorities or unforeseen circumstances. 7. Act as the first point of contact for indirect reports, redirecting queries to relevant departments. 8. Reduce interruptions by streamlining communication channels for indirect reports. 9. Assist with reviewing and organizing documentation related to menu development, outlet progress, and other initiatives. 10. Maintain a database of key contacts, deadlines, and projects for easy reference. 11. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise communication. Job Requirements: 1. Preferably 2 years experience in Personal Assistant, or similar role 2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information. 5.
