Maintenance Technician

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment as per the maintenance plan. • Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear, potential breakdowns, and improvement opportunities. • Replace worn-out parts such as bearings, belts, and seals to prevent unplanned downtimes. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. • Repair malfunctioning equipment, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and sensors. • Implement corrective measures to restore functionality and prevent recurrence of issues. • Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and lighting. • Ensure facility infrastructure remains in good condition, addressing damages such as leaks or faulty electrical systems. • Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements performed. • Track spare parts inventory and request procurement for necessary items to avoid shortages. • Prepare and submit maintenance reports to management, highlighting completed work, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement. • Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Regularly inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
