  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Contract Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale electrical and construction contracts. Job description Prepare cost estimation for tender submission Analyse electrical drawings, measure quantities, evaluate installation method, and etc Analyse bill of quantities, tender specification, brand list, etc Obtain quotations from suppliers / subcontractor and evaluate their pricing, delivery schedule and specification Prepare BQ for alternative designs and proposals for value engineering Compile supporting documents for tender submission Track, monitor and follow up on tender submissions, closing dates, award status and etc. Attend to claims disputes and final accounts if required Other tasks or duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Maternity leave Meal provided Opportunities for promotion Professional development Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Deadline: 12/26/2024 Expected Start Date: 12/16/2024
