Perform troubleshooting and resolve desktop operating system and application software issues. 3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. 4. Ensure desktop security measures are implemented and maintained, including antivirus software and security patches. 5. Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on desktop-related matters, including basic training on desktop software and IT security best practices. 6. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 7. Assist in the setup and configuration of new desktop equipment for employees and assist for offboarding IT devices. 8. Conduct regular desktop maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system optimizations. 9. Manage and maintain all IT assets & inventory records of the company. 10. Maintain accurate records of desktop support activities, including service requests and resolutions.
