About us: Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market. At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. We are grateful that our product has been certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI and Buatan Malaysia as this has given us a competitive advantage to do more! Job Criteria : - Supervising the operation status of production lines. - Ensure performance of all production lines are well maintained while transferring shift. - Co-operate with line leaders to fully handling line condition and problems. - Update daily and monthly stock balance. - To arrange shift timetable of line leaders and strippers - Supervisor or in similar role - Familiar with manufacturing environment & mechnical machinary - Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. - Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel Sheet - Good organizational and leadership skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a result driven approach. - Good problem-solving skills. - Experienced more than 2 years
