Key Responsibilities :1. Packaging Design & Visual Conceptualization- Design new product packaging concepts and update existing designs to enhance market appeal and functionality
- Create imaginative character illustrations and visual elements for use in marketing materials and promotional events
- Design and manage marketing collateral, including point-of-sale materials (POSM) like banners, backdrops, icons, lanyards, and other campaign assets
- Create and execute Below-The-Line campaign designs, including flyers, brochures and other on-ground promotional materials
2. Digital Content & E-Commerce Support
Requirements :- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Light room and After Effects) or equivalent design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production and packaging design
- Experience in visual merchandising and BTL marketing materials is an added advantage
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
