  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Indonesian Language Specialist with Programming Expertise Job Overview We are seeking a proficient professional fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with a strong foundation in programming and software development. The ideal candidate will combine linguistic proficiency with technical skills to localize and adapt software solutions while contributing to programming tasks. This role demands a unique blend of expertise to ensure culturally relevant and technically sound software for Indonesian-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities Language and Localization Translate, localize, and proofread software content, user interfaces, and technical documentation between Bahasa Indonesia and English. Perform cultural and linguistic quality assurance to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate translations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt software solutions for the Indonesian-speaking market. Programming and Development Contribute to the design, coding, and testing of software applications or modules. Debug, optimize, and maintain code to improve functionality and performance. Develop tools and scripts to support and streamline localization processes. Integrate localization features into software using APIs and libraries. Collaboration and Support Serve as the primary point of contact for programming tasks requiring Bahasa Indonesia expertise. Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure technical and linguistic standards are met. Provide insights into user behavior and cultural nuances to enhance software usability for Indonesian-speaking users. Qualifications Language Skills Native or near-native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances in both languages. Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#. Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, VS Code, Jira). Experience with localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) and internationalization best practices. Experience 2+ years of experience in software development, programming, or related fields. Prior experience in translation, localization, or language services is an advantage. Knowledge of localization standards and methodologies is preferred.
