CUSTOMIZE DESIGN SPECIALIST

 Responsible for the machine system design schedule for multiple projects simultaneously.  Assembles components/equipment of customize design by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.  Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying to obtain additional resources.  To perform various types of customize design and fabricate of components and structures.  To review and optimize, through collaboration with various departments, the customize design configurations/designs for conventional and complex onshore, offshore and deep water wells.  To perform time failure root cause analysis for any customize design equipment failure on rigs location and issue the recommendation to prevent the recurrence of the failure.  To develop preliminary work instructions for machine system design assembly.  Continuous improvement of the machine system design process to increase the integrity of the product and reduce the time to market.  Ready for Night Shift. Qualificiation: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
