4) ACCOUNTS CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION • Perform data entry tasks for financial transactions & monthly journal transactions • Responsible for account receivable, payable & cheques • Prepare expenses payment due to staff and general expenses of the Company • Perform monthly bank reconciliation • Record payments made to company by customers • Knowledge to key in SQL accounting system will be an added advantage. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum education : SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Finance/Accounting • Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures • High attention to detail and aptitude for numbers • Good personality with positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility. • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Previous experience in related field is preferred • Able to start immediately JOB BENEFITS • Salary & Allowance • Medical benefit. • 5 day week
