PRECAST TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

- To provide structural and foundation on various types pf projects inclusive commercial building offices, mixed-use development projects, warehouses. - To be competent in designing reinforcement concrete and steel according to the BS or Euro Code and to provide structural design report and construction drawings. - Able to liaise with clients, contractors and sub-contractors. - May need to visit sites, carry out site inspections and monitors quality control to ensure that the contractor met the standard od construction with compliance to approved construction drawings. - Responsible to plan, organize and control the day to day operations of jobs under their supervision, Provide advise and assist on technical aspects of inspection and to meet clients requirement. - Conduct detailed testing and inspection of steel / concrete structures to ensure compliance with project specification, industry standard and regulation requirements. - Inspection concrete batching plants and monitor quality records, implement long term testing program for key durability factors and supervise concrete placement in formwork. - Provide weekly reports based upon quality and production records, Monitor production progress and report records. - To recognize that the department quality system is fully implemented as per the QA manual and adherence to applicable quality management system by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 and MIBAS Policy, 17065 and ACB policy and ISO17025 and SAMM policy (where applicable / required). - Adherence to SGS health, safety and environment (HSE) policy by uphold a good safety behaviour and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
