About the Role
The incumbent will support Agency Distribution in delivering business objectives through strategic product marketing and business strategy. Incumbent will need to comprehend the work of business planning, analysis, reporting, and presentation to all key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Next Gen Agency team to plan and strategize the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region’s production targets.
  • Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market intelligence through focus groups or obtain on-ground feedback from Agency Leaders / Life Planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing, etc.
  • Product specialist / subject matter expert for key products e.g. Takaful, General Insurance and PRS/ Mortgage and partner with Agency Performance team to drive cross-selling in support of Total Health Solution & Total Wealth Solution strategy.
Job Requirements:
Education: Tertiary education in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
Working experience: 5-6 years of work experience in Financial / Insurance Industry / Campaign Design or Management.
Other requirements:
  • Good business sense, analytical, and meticulous approach to work.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Possesses strong support capabilities, dedicated and attention to details.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.
