- Prepare full set of accounts including account payables, account receivables, general ledger functions, yearly tax preparation and bank reconciliation, monthly balance sheets, and P&L fluctuation analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit & provide requested documentation, explanations & support to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Assist Account Manager to overview total group account with findings and solutions including Taxation.
- Prepare and submit withholding tax, GST returns, statistic report in timely manner.
- Monitor, manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with operations to prepare a budget, financial analysis, tax compliance, and costs for the following year.
- Prepare monthly management reports, analysis reports, and budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- To undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
- Candidates who apply for Junior Account must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent.
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience.
- Candidates who apply for Accountant must possess Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent professional qualification such as CPA / ACCA / CIMA / MIA.
- Proficiency with Autocount will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with e-invoicing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Able to speak in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin
- Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in the requirements of accounting standards, Companies Act 2016 and Income Tax Act.
