- Provide great customer experience through consultative approach
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.
- Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
- Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
- Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc.
- Candidate must prossess at least Diploma and above
- Must have min 2 years experience in related field
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
