Your roles & responsibilities:- Prepare full set of accounting
- Handling Account receivable and Account payable
- Update claim for each project
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Update fixed asset listing
- Prepare SST report and submission
- Prepare year-end closing
- Prepare monthly statutory payments and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)
- Assisting with audits & resolving discrepancies
- Liaise with auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers etc
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
What are we looking for in a candidate?- Possesses at least Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with SQL Accounting System will be advantage
