Responsibilities:
- Setting up appointments with customers and coordinate technical teams on confirmed appointments
- Generation of invoice/quotation and facilitate customer's payment
- Inventory management - Purchase items from various suppliers
- Data entry of sale and purchase invoices, appointment and after sales records, and employee’s overtime and leaves record
- Handling customer enquiries on various platforms such as WhatsApp, email, Facebook
Requirements:
- Minimum STM/SPM
- 1 year experience as Customer Care Specialist
- Languages Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
