Position: Contact Centre (Singapore Market)
Location: Persiaran TRX Barat, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, Normal working hours
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to RM3,500 (Basic) + Incentives

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Contact Center Representative to provide high-quality telephone services to customers (agents and policyholders), meeting and exceeding expectations while achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone.
- Provide polite, professional, and accurate responses.
- Manage customer expectations and take ownership of requests.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on products/services to ensure quality service.
- Support process improvements and offer constructive feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
- Experience with international calls is a plus.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Clear voice, good diction, and empathetic listening skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
