Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our team in Melilea. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily Finance, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Management:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Oversee the preparation of the company’s budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
Accounts Management:
Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Oversee cash flow management and ensure there is enough liquidity to meet financial obligations.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization’s financial assets and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and audit standards.
Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Payroll & Employee Benefits:
Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Manage employee benefit programs (insurance, retirement, etc.), ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Financial Audits & Tax Reporting:
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
Assist in preparing annual financial reports and working with tax consultants to ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Administrative Management:
Office Management:
Oversee the general office administration, ensuring efficient office operations and a safe and productive work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate office events and staff activities, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and mentor accounting and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance regularly.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, HR) to ensure smooth integration of financial and administrative processes across the organization.
Provide financial insights and administrative support to different departments as needed.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that contracts are negotiated, executed, and renewed on time.
Oversee the procurement of office supplies, services, and other operational necessities, ensuring value for money.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in both finance and administration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Mandarin speaker is advantages.
