Role objectives:

· Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Produce creative solutions that maintain design & quality standards.

· Drive higher levels of user interaction and engagement by designing user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

· Work closely with developers to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.

· Collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.

· Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.

· Follow brand guidelines in order to carry a cohesive design and message across all marketing materials.

· Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs, ensuring that the final product matches the design specifications.

· Work along-side different departments to help create compelling design which delivers on business priorities.

· Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

· Provide ad-hoc assistance to other staff members or departments as needed to maintain or improve overall performance and work efficiency.

· Perform daily task as assigned by supervisor, such as preparing documentations, filling, printing, deliveries, as well as running the resources to meet operational objectives.

· Demonstrate strong work ethics, customer service value, and high dedication as well as commitment to the tasks assigned by the supervisor.

· Contributing to team efforts towards the success of the Group of Companies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

· Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

· Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
