Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring monthly payroll is processed promptly and accurately for all employees.
- Maintain and verify accurate records of employee time, attendance, and earnings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees.
- Handle payroll adjustments, including bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and other modifications.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration, including enrollment, deductions, and payroll-related benefits.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, company policies, and industry trends.
- Prepare and compile reports on attendance, leave balances, and headcount.
- Support recruitment activities, staff onboarding, and exit processes.
- Oversee employee insurance matters and assist in the performance review cycle.
- Assist with employee disciplinary procedures and prepare HR documentation, such as letters.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including inventory management, office coordination, and HR event planning.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven at least 2-3 years experience in payroll or a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and strong skills in Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
