We are an e-commerce business, retailing plants and flower online with deliveries across peninsular malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, and social media) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide detailed product information, assist with order placement, and resolve delivery or quality concerns efficiently.
  • Oversee the processing of online orders, including coordination with the packaging team and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and exchanges in the system.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with the small team to support events, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Ensure seamless communication between customer service, packaging, and delivery teams to uphold the brand's high-quality standards.

We are looking for the following qualities

  • No experience required, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Outspoken, energetic and keen to learn new things
  • Able to understand and communicate well in English (Mandarin a bonus)
  • Able to commute independently between office and customer sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
