- ASSISTS IN RESOLVING EMPLOYEE CONFLICTS AND DISCIPLINARY ISSUES IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND RELVEANT LABOR LAWS.
- FOSTER A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT THROUGH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES, RECOGNITION PROGRAMS, AND TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES.
- SUPPORT PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESSES BY COORDINATING FEEDBACK SESSIONS, TRACKING PERFORMANCES METRICS, AND ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCES IMPROVEMENT PLANS.
- MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE RECORDS RELATED TO PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS, PROMOTIONS, TRANSFERS, AND TERMINATIONS
- COORDINATE TRAINING PROGRAM AND WORKSHOP TO ENHANCE EMPLOYMEE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
- ASSIST IN IDENTIFYING TRAINING NEEDS AND DEVELOPING TRAINING PLANS ALIGNED WITH ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS
- ASSITS EMPLOYEES WITH BENEFIT ENROLLMENT, CHANGES AND INQUIRIES.
- ASSISTS IN PROCESSING PAYROLL, INCLUDING VERFIYING TIMESHEETS, CALCULATING WAGES, AND ENSURING TIMELY AND ACCURATE PAYMENT TO EMPLOYEES.
- ADDRESS PAYROLL-RELATED INQUIRIES AND DISCREPANCIES IN COLLABORATION WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
- MAINTAIN PAYROLL RECORDS AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH TAX AND LABOR REGULATIONS.
- ASSISTS IN DEVELOPING AND UPDATING AND UPDATING HR POLICIES, PROCEDURES,AND EMPLOYEE HANDBOOKS.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAWS,REGULATIONS, AND COMPANY POLICIES RELATED TO EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.
- HANDLE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS SUCH AS MANAGING OFFICES SUPPLIES, SCHEDULING MEETINGS, AND COORDINATING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.
- COMPILE HR-RELATED DATA AND GENERATE REPORTS ON KEY METRICS SUCH AS TURNOVER RATES, ABSENTEEISM. AND DIVERSITY INITIATIVES.
- ANALYZE HR DATA TO IDENTIFY TRENDS, INSIGHT, AND AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
- SUPPORT MANAGEMENTS DECISION-MAKING BY PROVIDING ACTIONABLE HR INSIGHT AND RECOMENDATIONS.
