As a Account & Admin Executive, you will assist in coordinating various functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondences, filing and scheduling.
- Process and manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Support accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations and reconciliation to sub-ledgers, balance sheet sub-schedule.
- Maintain organized financial records and files.
- Assisting with preparing accurate and timely reports/financial statements for financial review and liaising with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and other regulatory bodies.
- Help with budget tracking and financial reconciliation.
- Support office operations and liaise with external vendors or customers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
