- Provide comprehensive support for event setup, dismantling, and logistics.
- Coordinate event activities, managing effective communication with venues, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are managed effectively.
- Handle unexpected challenges with composure, providing solutions on-site to ensure events meet client and company expectations.
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in event management or a related field, is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and other office management software.
