- Lead in developing, implementing, and evaluating seasonal and product specific marketing campaign.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Oversee day-to-day social media content creation and scheduling, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
- Monitor digital platforms (website, e-commerce) and performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social engagement) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the team to apply data insights in shaping future strategies
Product Launches & Events
- Assists in creating marketing plans for new product launches and brand activation, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, events and PR outreach.
- Liaise with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful launches and events.
- Track the success of launches and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Budget Management
- Manage assigned budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with approved marketing plans.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing spend to the Marketing Manager.
Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team, operations team, and other departments to align objectives and strategies.
- Foster partnerships with principal to ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management and multitasking.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand building.
