  • Lead in developing, implementing, and evaluating seasonal and product specific marketing campaign.

        Product Launches & Events

        • Assists in creating marketing plans for new product launches and brand activation, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, events and PR outreach.
        • Liaise with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful launches and events.
        • Track the success of launches and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.

          Budget Management

          • Manage assigned budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with approved marketing plans.
          • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing spend to the Marketing Manager.

            Collaboration and Communication

            • Act as a liaison between the marketing team, operations team, and other departments to align objectives and strategies.
            • Foster partnerships with principal to ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management and multitasking.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand building.
