  • Ensure all sales application forms and related documents are completed and ready for processing.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (e.g., Sales Team, LHDN, LPPEH, and Customers) regarding loan processing.
  • For Government Loan processing: Register clients with LPPSA, prepare all customer documentation prior to submission to LPPSA for approval.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and that facilities and equipment are functioning well.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Manage ordering and monitoring of pantry refreshments, office stationery, etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange document stamping, ensuring legal documents are in the possession of the customer.
  • Provide back-end administrative support, ensuring customer information is secure and safe at all times.
  • Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
