We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive on a 4-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • SPM / Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Mandarin as will be supporting Taiwan market
  • Must commit to 4 months contract

  • 1 month salary equivalent to a bonus will be given if the candidate completes all 4 months contract period
  • Free meal per day

    Day shift only (10 am-10 pm ), 5 days per week (off day not guaranteed weekend),

    8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
