Process Engineer (Power / Chemical Plant)

Job Description: * Ensuring plants operated in compliance with design parameters and process safety * Monitor and report plant unit consumption and process KPI * Provides corrective actions (RCA) for process abnormality / alarm / troubleshooting * Provide technical training to Production for better process understanding and upgrading their work standard * Perform plant commissioning, trial runs, startup and shutdown * During turnaround, coordinate, plan and organize mechanical, instrument and electrical work requirement with Production team * Developing, implementing and monitoring production processes to achieve quality, cost and efficiency targets * Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements * Conducting experiments and tests to optimize process parameters and equipment performance * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions * Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols * Documenting and reporting on process performance and improvement initiatives Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the power / chemical plant industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive process improvements * Proficient in the use of process control software, statistical analysis tools and quality management systems * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
