Prepare and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and reports to clients in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and electronics. Conduct feasibility studies and provide tailored solutions based on customer requirements for precision-engineered components. Product Knowledge & Engineering Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of precision engineering processes, including CNC machining, milling, turning, and other high-precision manufacturing techniques. Work closely with the production team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of product specifications with customer needs. Stay updated on advancements in precision engineering tools, materials, and methodologies to offer innovative solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with technical aspects of product and service offerings. Act as the primary liaison between the client and the internal technical team for seamless communication and issue resolution. Provide after-sales support by troubleshooting technical challenges and recommending process improvements. Technical Documentation and Training: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including manuals, installation guides, and product specifications. Train internal teams and customers on the proper use and maintenance of precision-engineered products. Market Insights & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in precision engineering industries. Assist in the development of strategies to enhance the company's technical sales performance and expand its market share.
