Key Responsibilities: - Prepare full set of accounts: Utilize the CSS system or similar accounting software to prepare monthly financial statements, including Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet, and Management Accounts. - Manage payments: Prepare cheques for suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. - Cash and banking management: Receive cash, cheques, and online banking transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile bank statements by comparing them with General Accounts. - Property-related tasks: Handle issues related to properties and facilities, including maintenance requests, tenant inquiries, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and services. - Support Building Manager: Assist the Building Manager in managing bad debts, handling defaulters, and sending statements of accounts to tenants. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Previous experience in accounting and property management roles is an advantage. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CSS system) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
