PRODUCTION PLANNER

Production engineers review and evaluate production performance, perform data analysis and identify under-performing production systems. They search for long or short term solutions, plan production enhancements and process optimizations. 1. Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple product. 2. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. 3. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. 5. Monitor job to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. 6. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption. 7. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc). 8. Prepare and submit status and performance reports. 9. Keep paperwork organized. 10. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
