Maintenance Technician - Building & Machine

1. Reports to Operation/Production Supervisor on all matters pertaining to maintenance. 2. Plan and draw out the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all equipment and facilities, troubleshoot and repair for production equipment and machinery. 3. Practice 5’s housekeeping on use and storage of tools and equipment spare parts, submit reports on monthly basis. 4. Implement other maintenance duties as assigned from time to time. 5. Responsible for repair and maintenance and operations of facilities for the whole building/plant. 6. Assist and supervise external vendors on machines and facilities installation / maintenance / Repair, ensure safety measurements are followed and activities recorded as required for GMP compliance. 7. Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on machinery operation. Generate and update the maintenance instruction, preventive maintenance and the related document. 8. To prepare necessary monthly reports.9. Monitor and implement Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per schedule. 10. Manage and implement calibration activity for machines and facilities in according to GMP standard and requirements. 11. Ensure all Operation Excellence minimum requirements are embedded into maintenance strategy and plan. 12.
