Responsible for providing value-added service and administrative support through order processing in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for assigned sales divisions or external customers. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and other correspondence. • Receives and coordinates purchase orders from customers with other relevant departments. • Ensures product ships out to customers are of correct quantities, orders and as per schedules. • Handles and refers customer complaints and specifications concerning product or service to designated departments for investigation and feedbacks to customer. • Monitors stock inventory and forecasts quantities and types of wires to be produced and shipped out. • Handles and processes all product inquiries and samples from agents or customers. • Interfaces with other departments to ensure Company’s objectives are met. • Adheres to Company’s policies and ESH regulations. • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
